The Washington Avenue Condominium provides three fair and affordable ownership unts: one two-bedroom (1025 sq.ft) and two three-bedroom condos ranging in size from 1270 sq.ft. to 1652 sq.ft. The Washington Avenue Condominium is within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, deli, book store, and other retail shops in the Village’s downtown.

In the fall of 2015 a private developer, working with the Fund, began construction of a 66 unit rental project on Route 9A consisting of 12 affordable apartments in one building and 54 market-rate apartments. As of January 2017, 10 of the 12 affordable apartments have been occupied. The property is currently managed by Ginsburg Development.

The next project was undertaken with a private developer for 14 affordable rental units at Division Street and Warburton Avenue. It is a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The initial rent-up in 2008 included two Hastings Fire Department volunteers, four Town of Greenburgh employees, and one Hastings school employee. Each of these early projects was undertaken when the Fund was permitted to give preference in the lottery system to Village and School District employees and Fire Department volunteers.
