    There are four (4) renovated in 2018  rental apartments – two 2 BR and two 3 BR apartments. The apartments are +/- 790 sq. ft. with one bath. They are separately metered for heat and hot water.     Rivertown Lofts

    In the fall of 2015 a private developer, working with the Fund, began construction of a 66 unit rental project on Route 9A consisting of 12  affordable apartments in one building and 54 market-rate apartments. As of January 2017, 10 of the 12 affordable apartments have been occupied.  The property is currently managed by Ginsburg Development.

    422 Warburton Avenue

    The next project was undertaken with a private developer for 14 affordable rental units at Division Street and Warburton Avenue.  It is a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.  The initial rent-up in 2008 included two Hastings Fire Department volunteers, four Town of Greenburgh employees, and one Hastings school employee. Each of these early projects was undertaken when the Fund was permitted to give preference in the lottery system to Village and School District employees and Fire Department volunteers.

    First Project

    Warburton Avenue near Pinecrest

     The Fund's first project as developer created two three-bedroom ownership homes, each with a one-bedroom accessory apartment, on Warburton Avenue near Pinecrest Drive.  The initial buyer/renter combination in 2003 included two Hastings Fire Department volunteers.
